Green River Testing & Surveys (“we,” “us”) provides asbestos inspection, survey, and testing services in the Puget Sound region. This policy explains what information we collect through greenrivertesting.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you contact us through our website, by phone, or by email, we collect the information you give us. That typically includes your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property in question, and details about your project.
When we perform a survey, we create records about the property: the areas inspected, where samples were taken, photographs, lab results, and the written report.
Payments are processed by Jobber’s payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.
When you visit our website, we automatically collect standard technical information through Google Analytics, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at our site.
We use it to respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform your survey, submit samples for analysis, deliver your report, invoice you, and keep records of work performed. We also use website analytics to understand which pages people find useful and to measure our advertising.
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry, scheduling, and the status of your results. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or tell us directly and we will stop. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
We share information only where it is needed to do the work.
Our accredited laboratory receives samples along with the property address and sample identifiers so results can be matched to the correct location and report.
Jobber is the software we use to schedule work, send quotes and invoices, and process payments. Information you provide when booking or paying is stored and processed by Jobber and its payment processor on our behalf.
Our website host and email provider store information on our behalf.
Google receives website analytics and advertising data as described below.
We may disclose records if required by law, by subpoena, or in response to a lawful request from a regulatory agency such as the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries or a local clean air agency.
We do not sell your personal information.
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure traffic and advertising performance.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your contact information. Email info@greenrivertesting.com and we will respond within 30 days. Survey reports and related records are permanent business records and are not deleted on request.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, including secured accounts and encrypted transmission of our website forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are directed to property owners and contractors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
